At front side, this house looks like an ordinary modern contemporary home with white and rectangular walls. Glass walls, the other typical of modern contemporary home design, are also outstanding. In reality, a lot of current homes designers use transparent glass, but this project has opaque glasses as building front walls. They show an open concept but keep the occupants privacy beside accentuate them as unique decorations.
Modern Contemporary Home with Glasses
The designers use plenty of opaque and transparent glasses as the material to build this modern contemporary home. There is a family room right behind the opaque walls. It looks unique with the other opaque glasses as floorings. There are lightings below the glasses and give a different trend of lighting system for a house. Moss green velvet sofas with pillows and round coffee table stand above them. This is truly a new modern contemporary home decor style.
Moreover, a staircase with transparent glass banisters connects that living space to the upper floor. The staircase flows from a wall side to a corridor bridge in front of the opaque walls and connects to the backside of the building. The designers really maximize the using of glasses. They add glass skylights above the living room ceiling that flood the space of this modern contemporary home with plenty of sunlight during daytime.
